LaRonda Koffi is a strategic communications leader with over 20 years of experience in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and multimedia storytelling at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Throughout her career, she has led high-impact public affairs initiatives, legislative outreach, and cross-sector partnerships, shaping policy narratives and public engagement strategies at the federal, state, and community levels.
Beyond her work in public affairs, LaRonda is an entrepreneur and founder of All Season Grow, a business dedicated to sustainable gardening solutions. From 2017 to 2020, she pursued another passion—endurance sports, successfully competing in marathons and triathlons, including Half Ironman events. She is a Boston Marathon qualifier and competed in the 2020 Virtual Boston Marathon, ranking in the top 17% worldwide in her age group as a distance runner. She has also completed the 50-mile NorthFace Endurance Run in the Adirondack Mountains of New York, demonstrating grit, endurance, and mental resilience.
